LuvBubbleMe™, trademark is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. It is not designed for, or directed at, anyone under 18.

Your account email and sign-in details, so you can get back into your bubble on any device.

The things you and your Love create inside your Bubble: chat messages, photos you upload, notes and other content you create, dreams, dates and milestones, moods, Spark points and Love Tokens.

Your bubble settings, such as your invite code, the silhouette you picked and your personal Bubble photo.

If you subscribe, your subscription status and billing dates. In the iPhone app, subscriptions are purchased and renewed through your Apple ID, and Apple handles the payment. On the website, payments are processed securely by Stripe. LuvBubbleMe™, trademark does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

A bubble holds two people. Content you create inside a bubble is readable by you and the one Love who joined it — nobody else using LuvBubbleMe™, trademark can see it.

Photos live in private cloud storage and are served through short-lived links, so they are not publicly browsable on the internet.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your private bubble content for advertising.

The photos, notes, dedications, messages and other original content you create in your Bubble belong to you. We do not claim ownership of them, and we do not use them to train anything, promote the app or show them to anyone outside your bubble. We store and display them only so your bubble works for the two of you.

Your Love Cloud is hosted on LuvBubbleMe™, trademark's cloud backend (database, authentication and file storage provided through the Lovable Cloud platform). Payments run through Apple or Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf so the app can work.

Secret photos are shown once, then removed from view and permanently deleted.

Ending your Bubble permanently deletes that Bubble's shared relationship data: its messages, photos, secrets, dates, keepsakes, mood history, time zones, points, tokens, streak, activity and days-together history are deleted or reset for both of you, and the invite code can never be used again. You keep your own account in a Taking a Break state so you can start a brand new bubble later.

Deleting your account goes further: your bubble is ended as above, and then your profile, devices and sign-in are permanently removed. We keep only a minimal billing record (provider, plan, status, dates and payment references) where we are required to for refunds, chargebacks and accounting. That record is never visible to another user.

Both actions are available directly in the app. You can also delete individual chat messages, and remove or replace your Bubble photo, at any time.

If you choose Taking a Break, your Bubble is ended and your account remains available for a future Bubble. For web subscriptions, renewal is cancelled through Stripe; App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Premium remains available until the end of any period already paid for.
