Who can use LuvBubbleMe™
You must be 18 or older and use LuvBubbleMe™ only with a consenting adult partner. A bubble holds exactly two people and is joined by invite code only.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details and invite code private — anyone with your code before your partner joins could take that spot. You're responsible for activity on your account.
What you share stays yours
The photos, notes, dedications, messages and other original content you create in your Bubble belong to you. We claim no ownership and take only the permission needed to store your content and show it inside your Bubble. We never publish it, sell it or show it to anyone outside your Bubble. Never upload content involving anyone who hasn't consented, anyone under 18, or anything illegal.
Disappearing content
Secret photos are shown once, then removed from view and permanently deleted.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium for Us is £29.99 per month after a 7-day free trial. Only one of you needs to subscribe — both people in the bubble then get full Premium for as long as that plan stays active. Free trials are limited to one per person, ever. In the iPhone app the plan is bought and renewed through your Apple ID; on the website payments are processed by Stripe and we never store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time — through the Stripe billing page for a web plan, or in your Apple ID subscription settings for a plan bought through the App Store. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then billing stops and the account returns to Free unless you subscribe again. Statutory rights to a refund still apply where the law requires them.
Acceptable use
Don't harass, threaten or coerce your partner, attempt to break into another bubble, reverse-engineer the app, or use it to distribute unlawful material. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Breaking up, or taking a break
Either person can end the Bubble at any time. Ending your Bubble permanently deletes that Bubble's shared relationship data for both of you, resets Bubble-specific settings and history, and retires the invite code — it can't be undone. Your account then remains available for a future Bubble, so you can create or join a completely fresh one later. For web subscriptions, renewal is cancelled through Stripe; App Store subscriptions must be cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings. Premium remains available until the end of any period already paid for. Deleting your account is separate and removes your profile and sign-in as well.
Availability
We work to keep LuvBubbleMe™ running smoothly but can't promise it will never be unavailable, and features may change or be improved over time.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes we'll update this page and, where it matters, tell you in the app. Continuing to use LuvBubbleMe™ means you accept the current terms.
