Who can use LuvBubble
You must be 18 or older and use LuvBubble only with a consenting adult partner. A bubble holds exactly two people and is joined by invite code only.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details and invite code private — anyone with your code before your partner joins could take that spot. You're responsible for activity on your account.
What you share
You keep ownership of your photos, notes and poems. You give us only the permission needed to store and show them inside your bubble. Never upload content involving anyone who hasn't consented, anyone under 18, or anything illegal.
Disappearing content
Secret photos are designed to vanish after viewing, but no app can stop someone photographing a screen. Only share what you're comfortable trusting your partner with.
Subscriptions and payments
Premium is £14.99 per month or £143.90 per year after a 7-day free trial, and each person subscribes on their own account. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from your account — premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the bubble returns to the free tier. Statutory rights to a refund still apply where the law requires them.
Acceptable use
Don't harass, threaten or coerce your partner, attempt to break into another bubble, reverse-engineer the app, or use it to distribute unlawful material. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
If you break up
Either person can leave a bubble at any time. Leaving ends your access to that bubble's shared content, and you can ask us to delete your own data.
Availability
We work to keep LuvBubble running smoothly but can't promise it will never be unavailable, and features may change or be improved over time.
Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes we'll update this page and, where it matters, tell you in the app. Continuing to use LuvBubble means you accept the current terms.
